Trial Class
New students get one free trial class. This is your chance to try our teaching and see if our academy is right for you.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Before the Course Starts: Cancel anytime before the course begins for a full refund (minus any processing fees).

• After 1–2 Classes: Not happy after trying the first two classes? You can cancel and get a full refund for the remaining classes (minus admin fees).

• After 2 Classes: No refunds are given if you cancel after attending more than two classes.

Missed Classes

• Missed a class? We don’t offer refunds.

• You can reschedule up to two classes per month, as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before the class.

Changes or Cancellations by Mindsphere chess Academy

• If we cancel a class, we’ll offer a free make-up session.

• If we reschedule, we’ll notify you at least 24 hours in advance. You can attend the new date or choose another convenient time.

Technical Issues

• If a class is canceled due to a tech problem on our side, we’ll schedule a make-up session.

• If you miss a class due to your own tech issue, tell us right away to discuss options.

Special Cases

• For serious issues like medical emergencies, refunds may be given on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for help.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds take up to 10 business days.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method.

• Email us at support@mindspherechessacademy.com with your enrollment info and reason for the request.
